Central Supply

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Establishes and maintains supplies inventories.

* Receives and distributes nursing supplies.

* Monitors medical and form inventories to assure adequate supply levels.

* Prepares/types correspondence, reports, other documentation for nursing department.

* May prepare and/or submit forms and documentation to and/or from physicians.
* Order and stock medical supplies.

Requirements

* High school diploma (or equivalent) is necessary

* Prior experience as a nursing assistant is desirable

* Working knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.
